Very popular on Earbiter post-punk/new romantic band The Heartbreaks. Listen to & watch new single/video Polly.

The Heartbreaks - Delay, Delay

Typically British, that's why I like it. New Heartbreaks vid. Debut album 'Funtimes' out now.

The Heartbreaks - Liar, my dear

Heerlijk liedje van The Heartbreaks, band uit Morecambe, Lancashire. Vorig jaar opgericht. Postpunk met new romantic en soulinvloeden.

"Bolt-from-the-blue mélanges of Motown's pop purity, coy vocals and innocent romanticism give The Heartbreaks a charm matched by strong musicianship and a supremely wry take on Punk rock songcraft. Jaded sarcasm, arcane language and rarefied romantic longing compete over stomping Wigan Casino drums, Jangle pop guitars and walls of feedback to create a sound that is part 60's girl band and C86".
